Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
Earlier today, you might have received an email from us with the subject line, Your FBA storage limit update. This email was intended solely for Amazon sellers with an Individual selling account.
Because you have only a Professional selling account with Amazon, you can disregard that email. Sellers with Professional accounts were notified by email about their storage limits on May 16. Professional sellers can view their storage limits at any time on the Inventory performance dashboard.
(Amazon has two selling plan options. Professional sellers pay a flat $39.99 monthly subscription fee no matter how many items are sold. Individual sellers pay a per-item fee of $0.99 when an item sells. All other fees for both selling plans are as applicable. Under a new Rhode Island state law, Amazon is required to disclose to the Rhode Island tax authority the following information about sellers who made sales to Rhode Island customers in 2017:
Seller contact information (name and address).
To comply with this obligation, we plan to provide your information to the Rhode Island Department of Revenue by February 15, 2018.
Because each seller’s business and tax needs are unique, we encourage you to consult with a tax advisor to answer any questions you may have. You also may refer to the following seller resources:
